CCX Trading Platform


The CCX Trading Platform is an anonymous, fully electronic system for posting and accepting bids and offers to buy and sell Carbon Financial Instrument® (CFI®) contracts.  Electronic trading in CCX's standardized carbon commodity provides price transparency and anonymity.  All trades are guaranteed through CCX's clearing and settlement systems. Delivery of C FI contracts between CCX Registry Account holders occur on the same day the trade takes place.  For banking purposes, CCX pays and collects on a T+1 basis.
